May is Older Americans Month and in celebration we wanted to share Ida Keeling’s amazing accomplishment, she will turn 101 in several weeks, and reportedly did a push-up to celebrate her achievement.  And what did the lady do? Her advice to others: “Love yourself, do what you have to do and what you want to do,” Keeling said. “Eat for nutrition, not for taste. And exercise at least once a day.”
