Thank you J.R. I did that as you read from my question. Their separate Doctors had differing opinions about in home healthcare. In my State you must have a Doctors Rx to even call for Medicare in home assistance. Both Doctors provided the Rx yet both Parents declined the Care. Doctors opinions made no difference. Their response is 911 if something happens. They don’t get the fact that a visiting nurse could possibly prevent a 911 call. Thank You for your input!
